Y-Step is now a small grassroots organization with 3 coordinators and a volunteer base. We are able to implement our program with the hard work of our co-coordinators, our adult trainers and active members, our multi-racial advisory board, and the financial support of individual donors.
Y-Step’s long-term vision is one of a multiracial movement for justice, equity and liberation, and we strongly believe that educating and organizing our own white communities is an essential step in that process.
